From July 1, 2025, you can apply for subsidy support from the Modernisation Fund of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (SFŽP) for photovoltaics, as well as related expenses such as energy storage systems, roof renovations, electrical installation upgrades, and more.

This subsidy is intended for the installation of new photovoltaic power plants (PV systems) with an installed capacity above 50 kWp (above 10 kWp in Prague) and up to 5 MWp (inclusive) with self-consumption of the generated electricity.
Applications may be submitted by smaller municipalities with up to 3,000 inhabitants.
The subsidy is intended for the installation of new photovoltaic power plants, including battery storage, with an installed capacity of up to 1 MWp (inclusive) per single grid connection point.
This subsidy is intended for joint municipal and community projects for the construction of new photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of up to 1 MWp (inclusive) per single grid connection point, with self-consumption of the generated electricity.
